Getting travel
insurance problems sorted out
Provided you are not claiming for something you are not
covered for, and you have followed the policy guidelines
for claiming to the letter and have sent off all the written
evidence required to back up your claim, the insurer should
pay up. If your claim is rejected and the grounds for rejecting
your claim are unreasonable – for example the insurer
introduces an exclusion or condition you did not know about
– you should complain
